Dr. Cernata Catherine Morse is a woman of passion and purpose with over 25+ years of expertise in leadership, organizational change, business management, and mentorship.  As a professional consultant and educator she is known for being perspicacious and a subject matter expert in leadership and communication. She is a native of our nation's capital Washington, D.C. but lived all of her childhood in Alexandria, Virginia (Suburb of Washington, D.C.).   Dr. Morse holds a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA); with a specialization in Leadership from Walden University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Management with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.

Dr. Morse is currently a professional consultant and adjunct faculty at several universities.  She guest lecturers at various universities on topics of leadership and organizational change. She is a mentor to several doctoral and graduate students as she offers a unique approach to overcoming the balancing act of profession and education.  She's a mother of her "Morse Crew", grandmother of 5 beautiful grandkids, mentor, and educator. Dr. Morse attends a "family-oriented" church organization in the suburbs of Washington D.C. Her goal in life is to build a legacy of achieving success through faith, empowerment, and collaboration.
